Navigating the Devil Hunter map efficiently cuts downtime between missions, contracts, and raids. The world splits into the Public Safety hub, open city districts, underground Floor Zero, hidden vendors, and instanced raid zones. This hub orients new hunters and links zone-specific pages with landmarks, NPCs, and progression gates you need to memorize.
Map Zones
- Headquarters — divisions, crafting, training, and phone tutorials.
- Floor Zero — devil spawning, contracts, and early farming.
- Black Market — rotating merchant and rare materials.
- Raid locations — Hotel, School, Katana Man portals.
Hub-to-World Flow
Most sessions start at HQ: accept missions from division boards, craft gear, then exit to city streets for objectives or descend to Floor Zero for contract hunts. Raids use separate instances accessed from marked portals once your rank and party meet requirements outlined in the raids walkthrough.
Landmarks Worth Memorizing
Division captain rooms, the crafting station, Kintoki's tutorial area, and the Floor Zero elevator save the most travel time. Pin the Black Market path after you unlock yen to spend — detours through PvP zones get newcomers killed.
